Working closely with the executives of this rapidly growing young company, Tangibility developed a plan for introducing product management and marketing functions into the organization. Our team revised the existing organizational structure to include the product management role and described its relationship to other primary business units. Roles and responsibilities were defined leading to the development of a detailed job description for hiring the product management lead. Most critically, in-depth interviews with key executives and staff formed the basis of a detailed 100-day action plan for the new hire. |
